These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Autosht website at autosht.shop and the detailing services we provide. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Use of the website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

3. Bookings and appointments
Submitting an enquiry or booking request does not constitute a binding contract until we confirm your appointment in writing (by email or message). We may require a deposit to secure your booking, which will be deducted from the final price. All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and may be adjusted after an in-person assessment of your vehicle's size and condition.
4. Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours' notice. Deposits for appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be retained to cover reserved studio time. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances and will offer you the earliest available alternative.
5. Pricing and payment
All prices are quoted in euros (EUR) and include statutory VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices shown on the website are starting points and may vary with vehicle size, paint condition and chosen options. Payment is due on completion of the service unless agreed otherwise in advance.
6. Service standards and vehicle condition
We carry out all work with professional care using suitable products and techniques. Before any paint correction, we measure clear-coat thickness and will not perform work we consider unsafe for your paint. You confirm that you are the owner of the vehicle or are authorised to commission work on it, and that you have removed all personal valuables before your appointment.
7. Warranties
Ceramic coating packages may include a written warranty, the terms of which are provided at the time of service and depend on following the recommended aftercare. Warranties do not cover damage caused by accidents, improper washing, abrasive products or environmental factors beyond normal use.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Autosht is not liable for pre-existing defects, prior poor-quality repairs, or damage arising from the underlying condition of a vehicle that could not reasonably be identified before work began. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under German law.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics and images (except third-party stock photography used under licence), is owned by or licensed to Autosht and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use it without our prior written consent.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites and provide such links for convenience only.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you use the website or book a service is the version that applies. Please review them periodically.
